Terms
and Rules of Renting Suder’s Cabin:
1)
CHECK-IN TIME IS 3:30PM
CHECK-OUT TIME IS 12:00 NOON
2)
If you check out later than 1:00PM you agree to pay an additional fee of
$125.
If you are not out by 4:00 PM then you agree to pay
another full day rent.
This will be deducted from your deposit or charged
to your card.
3)
This cabin is licensed by the City of Big Bear Lake to hold a maximum of
12 people including children.
This rule will be strictly enforced.
4)
NO BIG PARTY AGREEMENT:
We expect social interactions including music,
drinking and laughter with friends and family to occur in
the cabin.
We do not, however, expect nor permit full-fledged
late-night big parties at our cabin.
If it is determined that your group conducted a
full-fledged party (the neighbors will tell on you when
they see lots of cars and people, lots of noise past 10:00
PM) -
you agree to forfeit your entire deposit for the
extra wear and tear, plus any other ordinary fees which
would have been assessed anyway including damages and
cleaning fees, and you authorize us to charge your credit
card for any additional charges which cannot not be
covered with the security/cleaning deposit already paid.
This cabin is a NON-SMOKING cabin, and additional
fees will be charged for removing smoke odors if required.
5) Linens and towels will be provided, and cleaning service will also be
provided. There is a single $175 fee for this.
6)
Although cleaning service is provided, we will still leave the cabin in a
neat and orderly condition and we will
remove all trash from the premises.
We agree to pay any extra cleaning or damage fees
if the cabin requires extra cleaning to make the it completely clean and ready for
the next renters.
7)
We assume all financial responsibility for any and all damages to cabin or
property.
8)
We will notify the owner of any damage upon arrival.
9)
We hereby expressly hold the Suders and their insurance company harmless
from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage
whatsoever of any kind and for any reason incurred on
rented property.
This includes slipping or falling on ice or snow,
or tripping on
or off the deck, stairs or while using the showers or spa.
We rent at our own risk.
10)
Cabin is not childproof and not recommended for
children under five years of age.
11)
Cancellation Policy:
We agree to pay a $75 Cancellation Fee and to
forfeit 50% of the total rental fees if we cancel our
reservation less than four weeks prior to our scheduled
arrival.
We agree to forfeit the full amount if we
cancel less than two weeks prior to our scheduled arrival.
If Suders are able to re-rent the cabin to another
party then we will only have to pay a cancellation fee of
$75 and we will receive a refund for the balance.
12)
I will provide a current copy of my driver license.
13)
No pets allowed without approval from the Suders.
14)
We will provide our own firewood (available at stores throughout Big
Bear).
15)
Security/cleaning deposits are returned or credited within 14 days of your
stay.

* CREDIT CARD USERS ARE PROTECTED: whenever you use
your credit card to make a purchase, you are protected
because all credit card companies will "take
back" the money from any merchant who does not
deliver the product which you paid for. Hence, you cannot
get "ripped-off" by booking online! Call
your credit card company for details.
