Cabin #1: LAKEFRONT PARADISE

Welcome to the Lake!
Our Lakefront Cabin Sleeps up to 10 persons (14 with additional one bedroom apartment on site). Enjoy our new private dock, bring your boat and PWC's and leave out back of the house!. This cabin has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Amenities include 42" HDTV, 2 DVD players, free wireless DSL internet and free phone within the US. All bedrooms have their own TV sets. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, and the furnishings were all purchased brand new summer 2010. Enjoy free Direct TV NFL Sunday Ticket, where you get to see any or all NFL regular season games! Most of all, sit on the huge desk out back and take in the scenery - beautiful Big Bear Lake!

This cabin is best for one family groups or smaller groups - it is about 1800 square feet with a moderate size living room. There are two queen beds in two of the bedrooms, and two sets of bunks for four people in the third bedroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. For big groups, may we suggest our BIG cabin below. This cabin is actually located right inside the Village, so you can walk to the restaurants and shops of the Village easily.

Cabin #2: SUDER'S "BIG" CABIN

Sleeps up to 12 people - 4 bedroom - 3 bath - 2500 sq ft
Our BIG cabin consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a separate game
room with a pool table and also a laundry room. A 40" 1080p HD TV is ion the living room with extended cable service including all sports channels plus Showtime and The Movie Channel. The cabin has a large kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is also a two car garage. We have many TV's and VCR's throughout the house, a modern stereo system with DVD player, and a pinball machine, foosball and air hockey table available for play. Wireless internet access is included free of charge. Outside there is plenty of wood decking with a gas BBQ for outdoor cooking, and a huge eight-person warm spa to take away your stress. This cabin is right across the street from the lake. Walk down the street for public lake access, where you can go fishing or just admire the beauty of Big Bear Lake. This cabin is within walking distance to the "Village", where you can dine, shop, go bowling, or see a movie.

The big cabin sleeps up to twelve. This cabin is very spacious and comfortable, and is a great choice for a larger family, or when two families want to stay together. Sleeping arrangements - Three bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth has two twin size single beds. There is a queen futon bed in the family room, and two roll-away beds in closets of two of the bedrooms. We accept house-broken dogs in our home as well. Sorry - no other pets allowed.

How to Book
We currently handle booking wiht major credit cards for payments. First, submit your information by email (name, address, phone, number in party) and then we will email you an official rental contract on which you include your credit card information. It's safe and efficient.
We will send a email confirmation to you within one day.

Location of the cabins and what is nearby
Big Cabin is right off Lakeview Drive, just a little east of Pine Knot Road and Marina area. Lakefront Cabin is next to Big Bear marina in the Village. You can easily walk into the "Village" area. You can also walk to several restaurants and movie theaters. Big Bear Lake is directly across the street from the Big Cabin - unfortunately the homes along the lakefront block most of the view. However, you can walk about 1/2 block east and there is a road with direct public access to the lakefront. The Lakefront Cabin is right on the lake - you're there! BOATING: there are several boat ramps nearby, some charge and some are free. Our driveway can easily accommodate a boat on a trailer. SKIING and BOARDING: The cabins are about two miles down the main street from Snow Summit, so it's an easy 5 minute drive. You can park there or have someone in your party drive the skiers/boarders there and drop them off, and return to the house - there is a special drop-off area close to the base lodge.

What to Bring
Linens and towels are provided, including paper towels and toilet paper and small hotel size soap and shampoo. The cabin already has cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, plates, utensils, and cooking pots and pans, stereo, cassette, CD player, TV's with cable and VCR, DVD players, and most of the comforts of home! Bring your CD's, cassette tapes, videos for entertainment. You can bring up any special drinks or foods, but there is Vons and Stater Brothers a few miles away down on Big Bear Blvd.
